By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform or availing any products or services offered on the Platform (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

4. User Eligibility & Information

You represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and checkout.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and all activities carried out through it.

5. Products, Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as specified.
We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or availability without prior notice.
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store card or UPI details.

6. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping, cancellation, return, and refund terms shall be governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy and Refund Policy, available on the Platform and incorporated herein by reference.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, layout, and branding are the exclusive property of the Platform Owner.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. User Obligations & Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Violate intellectual property rights
Upload malicious code or disrupt Platform functionality
Misrepresent identity or affiliation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations without prior notice.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited under applicable law.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control including acts of God, government actions, natural disasters, internet failures, or supply chain disruptions.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform without notice if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, all rights granted to you shall cease.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
