Orders are usually packed and handed over to our shipping partner within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation and payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package.
Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us before the order is shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible, as the shipment is handled by a third-party courier partner.
Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)
If a delivery fails due to:

Refusal to accept delivery the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases:

Re-shipping costs, if applicable, may need to be borne by the customer

Shipping Responsibility
Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery is subject to the courier’s terms and serviceability. While we assist with tracking and coordination, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier beyond our control.
