Refund Policy

Not every Auraami bag finds a lucky home 🤗. In case you are not satisfied with our product, returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship to a corrected address. Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • Item must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

  • Buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back to our warehouse and for all shipping fees associated.

  • Start your return by contacting us here: Contact Us (include your order number). Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7 business days after approval for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

  • If the item was found damaged, soiled or tampered, refunds may be refused.
